• Front-button or zip-front pajamas (2 sets)
• Soft button-front shirt for going home
• Loose pull-on pants
• High-rise cotton underwear (1-2 sizes up, 5+ pairs)
• Front-zip soft bra (no underwire)
• Slip-on shoes
• Robe (button-front or wrap)
• Toiletries (fragrance-free)
• Phone charger with long cord
• Lip balm
• Drain-management camisole or top with internal pockets
• Earbuds
• Tablet or e-reader
• Insurance card and ID

• A pillow for the seatbelt on the ride home

Home prep before surgery

• Lay out 5 days of comfortable clothes within easy reach
• Move daily-use items to chest height (no overhead reaching)
